How to Make Grilled Onions

Ingredients:
1 purple onion
Olive oil

Directions:
1. Preheat the grill.

2. Remove the skin from the onion and cut into ½-inch slices.

3. Brush each slice with olive oil (on both sides) and grill for 3 to 4 minutes, or until tender.
